Proper Brick Oven & Tap Room is an independently owned and operated restaurant, located in the heart of Pittsburgh's Cultural District. Originally launched in 2013, Proper has continued to grow and evolve, expanding on its original vision with fresh, modern takes on a welcoming dining experience.

Proper's meticulous focus on wood-fired pizzas, fresh pastas, creative cocktails, and local craft beers remains a cornerstone of its contribution to the vibrancy of the downtown dining scene.
